FAQ
Questions,
answered.
Where does my money go?
The large majority goes straight to the artist. Musikeers and payment processing take a small cut – no ads, no middlemen skimming the relationship.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you want – your access runs until the end of the period you paid for.
Do I need the app?
No. Musikeers works right in your browser, and there's an iOS app if you want it on your phone.
What's the difference between Basic Fan and Inner Circle?
Basic Fan is direct support plus the artist's community. Inner Circle adds the close stuff: behind-the-music, early releases, exclusive drops and priority room access.
Is Musikeers available in my country?
Yes. As a fan you can support artists on Musikeers from anywhere – it works worldwide, in your browser or on iOS.
